Positive Behavior Brings Positive Results

At South Side Upper we strive to have everyday be a positive experience for both our students and parents/guardians. To this end, we strive to use positive rewards in the classroom, grade level, and school as a whole. Students can "purchase" small rewards in their classroom, medium rewards at set times in their grade level, a large reward every nine weeks through the use of Eagle Bills. These bills are earned each week for good behavior, 2 a week for being in attendance daily and extra bills may be earned for outstanding citizenship in the classroom and school.

6th Grade's Can Drive

Ms. Campbell's 6th grade science and social studies class managed to raise 992 cans and $83 to be donated to Goodyear Baptist Church's Food Pantry.
